Covid-19 Restrictions

The Government announced last night a series of measures in response to the rising number of cases of the Omicron variant of Covid-19. One of those measures is that, from Monday 13th December, those who can are advised to work from home.

The majority of legal representatives have been participating in the Inquiry remotely. We ask you to continue to do so, only attending by exception where it is absolutely necessary.

Updated Provisional Timetable

The Inquiry has updated the provisional timetable for Phase 2 hearings to include approximate timings for opening and closing submissions. Please note this is subject to change depending upon the Inquiry's continuing investigations and planning which may affect the length of each module.
